Delivery and returns

  • RETURN POLICY
    You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return one or more items.

  • RETURN CONDITIONS
    All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with their original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale will not be eligible for a refund and will need to be sent back to you.

    For shoe returns, you must use additional packaging to protect the shoebox. The packaging is considered part of the product; any damage to the shoebox may result in the return being refused.

    For hygiene reasons, tights, socks, and nutrition products cannot be returned. However, if there is a manufacturing defect with your garment, you are entitled to a return and a full refund.

  • CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM ?
    No, this is not an option we offer. If you realize that you purchased the wrong size, you will need to place a new order and submit a return request for the incorrect size.

  • HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM ?
    You are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us using the courier and shipping service of your choice. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND ?
    We usually process returns within 2 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email update once your return has been processed.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

  • PayPal refunds will appear immediately in your account.
  • Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. This applies to both the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs if you choose our automatic return method.
