  • Gicherori AA is a coffee produced in the cooperative structure typical of the Embu region. As tradition dictates, this coffee is treated with dry fermentation while the cherry is entirely intact, before being washed and graded in canals. The grains are then dried on raised beds.
  • The result of this care and attention to detail is a complex and classically Kenyan flavor profile. The coffee is balanced and structured, with notes of red berries, currants and plums. At the end of the palate, we find jasmine flowers. Truly delicious coffee!
