Now equipped with an ultra-responsive ReactX foam midsole, this shoe offers great freedom of movement on the road, excellent stability on the trails and better respect for the environment. A double threat that just wants to constantly push the limits.
To take care of our planet, new ReactX foam reduces the carbon footprint of the midsole by at least 43% compared to previous Nike React foam. It feels incredibly soft and provides 13% more energy return than React foam, so you keep all your energy for more bounce throughout your run.
We've incorporated woven mesh into a tighter woven fabric in high-wear areas, like the toe, to provide better protection when the elements are unleashed. The upper is woven mesh with vents for better breathability. Flywire technology is integrated into the laces for optimal midfoot support.
The outsole features less rubber to ensure a smooth transition from road to trail. But we keep the React midsole over the entire length. Rubber wraps the front of the shoe for added durability. The computer-generated grip pattern combined with the forefoot rubber provides more grip on technical trails, while ensuring a smooth ride on the road.

Upper: synthetic textile mesh + reinforcements. Midsole: synthetic foam. Outsole: rubber. Cleaning: soft brush + lukewarm water. Remove insoles for separate drying. Do not machine wash. Air dry away from direct heat sources.
